Adam is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. He earned his Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Boise State University. He works with teens and adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, self-esteem, stress, life transitions, codependency, trauma, and emotional regulation.
Adam takes an integrative approach to counseling drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, neuroscience, and existentialism. He sees clients holistically and believes that healing what has hurt the soul comes from addressing the needs of the mind, body, and spirit and in this way achieve greater balance and overall wellness. He aids you in unlocking a better understanding of yourself, including the underlying reasons for the thoughts and behaviors that interfere with living the life that you want.
Adam’s desire as a therapist is to aid you in achieving greater balance and overall wellness. He has worked extensively with assisting patients to learn and implement coping skills, develop a growth mindset, and identify and embark on a life filled with meaning and purpose. He helps patients unlock a better understanding of themselves, including the underlying reasons for the thoughts and behaviors that interfere with living the lives they want.
