When appointments are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, it is almost impossible to fill that time slot with another patient. If you should need to cancel an appointment, please be aware of our requirement of at least 24-hour notice. Your account will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount if you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel an appointment with less than 24-hour notice. Insurance will not pay for this fee.
You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card to be kept on file in order to secure your appointment. You will not be charged until the time of service.
After three no shows the Morgan Health Centers may decide to terminate further services from the practice.
The 24-hour cancellation gives us time to inform our wait list patients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Morgan Health Centers, LLC policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Morgan Health Centers, LLC. stands by our policies. We feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our patients. If we have to cancel a patient with less than 24-hour notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honor the same and your next appointment will be free of charge.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
